My proficiency level is beginner. I want to learn these languages so I can read the Bible in its original form. I can dedicate one to two hours per week in the classroom plus one hour a day homework. The qualities i look for for in a teacher are intelligence, good communication skills, demanding yet patient.

I have no ability whatsoever in this tongue, although I have memorized the Lord's prayer. I cannot explain the interest...it just resides within.
A second language is required for entrance into a four year university. If I have to learn a second language Aramaic is the language of choice.
