i AM FAMILAR WITH SOME SPANISH. i TOOK A LITTLE LATIN IN HIGH SCHOOL AND WHEN I TRANSFERRED TO A NEW SCHOOL I TOOK SPANISH FOR 1 YR. UNFORTUNEATEL Y MY TEACHER NEVER REALLY TAUGHT US ANYTHING EXCEPT ' HERE'S THE BOOK, READ CHAPTER 3 AND DO THE SUMMARY QUESTIONS. THEN YOU HAVE A QUIZ TOMORROW'. I AM ITALIAN/SCICI LLIAN SO I AM ALSO FAMILAR WITH VERY LITTLE ITALIAN( MY FAMILY DOESNT SPEAK IT ON A DAILEY BASIS ANYMORE). MY DAUGHTER IS HALF HISPANIC AND IS LEARNING SPANISH FORM HER DADS SIDE OF THE FAMILY, SO I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH HER. ALSO MY BOYFRIEND IS FROM NICARAGUA AND I WOULD LOVE TO GO THERE SOON AND BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND NOT BE LEFT OUT. MY JOB WOULD BE A BONUS IF I COULD BE FLUENTLY BILINGUAL TOO

For beginners I live in Monterrey. I want be able to communicate effectively with clarity. I would like to be able to socialize more at functions.
My proficiency is around beginner and intermediate.
I need assistance in all areas...gramm ar, conversation etc.
I think a hour or two every week would be sufficient.
