I use different strategies in my teaching courses. I usually use authentical material such as newspaper articles, cartoons, jokes and even games and riddles. I believe that both adults and children learn a new language beteer and faster when the course is made as interesting as possible. Of course, I try as well to accomodate the course to the students` needs and expectations. |

I believe that learning is a life-long process and that in teaching you inevitably learn something. I feel it is important to assess a student's needs and interests and plan accordingly. For example if a student is interesed in swimming there is not much point in disscussing golf with them all the time. |
