With my experience as a French teacher for 4 years (qualified in France), my approach of teaching varies as each student has different way of learning. I have developped a fast way of spotting each student's strong and weak point after 2 sessions. Therefore, I can help them to emphasize on the strong point to build up student's confidence and work on the weak point to improve quickly. Generally speaking, I use a communicative and interactive approach which encourages the students to participate actively in the class.
