Pra ctical Applications: My lessons emphasize real-life scenarios, helping students practice the language in everyday contexts. Through role-plays, dialogues, and storytelling, students learn to communicate effectively and naturally.
Cultural Integration: Language is deeply tied to culture. I include cultural insights, idiomatic expressions, and traditional phrases to help students gain a deeper understanding of Hindi and its context.

In a tandem setting, we will ideally spend equal time speaking in Dutch and in Hindi - sharing songs, videos and news articles and providing context/expla nation for cultural references. With regards to grammar, not only do I have a grasp on the formal rules of Hindi, but also the tendencies of native Hindi speakers to break specific rules in casual conversation. |
