You can say: "Inta ghali alaiya"
Or: "Inta Aziz alaiya"
Inta = you
alaiya = on me
"ghali" means "expensive" or "valuable" in arabic but largly used for people in the meaning you are asking for. You can also used "aziz" which means "dear".

Using nombers for arabic letters!
In Arabic forums and chatrooms we use nombers for letters that have no equivelant in English, here they are:
3: as in 3ali, 3adel, 3umar, 3abdallah.
5: as in 5alid, 5aleel (similar to the way Spanish people pronounce "Jose").
7: as in 7asan, 7usein.
8: as in 3ira8 (Iraq)
9: as in 9addam (lestin to how arabs pronounce his name, like pronouncing "S" with your mouth full of food!! :D ).

Alsalam Alaikum
"Salam" means peace in arabic, "alaikum" mean upon you or with you.
This is a typical way to greet people in middle east, mentioned in the bible many times: "peace be with you".
In arabic: AlSalam Alaikum
In Hebrew: Shalom ellekheen
In Assyrian: Shlama Amkhoon.
