Re:Help! anyone can to translate this song for me? (finnish/spanish)
El tiene sangre frio
Este dolor
En el centro de los cuerpos (cadaver)
Mira que el cielo se muere
Esa vida
Debajo de la lluvia con las lagrimas

En la paz
En los sueños

Bajo la tierra (=maa)
desnuda y desierto (=paljas ja hylätty)

Apenas mucho tiempo
Detenido del carne
Vacio se encontra de su felicidad
Mira a los ojos
Ave del muerte
Como atrancado/cerrado.
En el medio de las sombras.

PS. No se, si hay muchos errores, pero estoy tambien estudiando aqui..

Re:Re:Correct use of
Hi Lisa!

Your explanation it's ok. Only a comment. You can use the word "a" after the verb "tener". An example: "Voy a tener a la niña en observación" (I'm going to have the baby under observation). "Tengo al (a el) perro corriendo todo el día" (I have the dog running all the day).

Speaking about rats and babys, you can say both "Una niña ve una rata" or "Una niña ve a una rata".

Hi Faithe!

¿Habla Inglés? = Do you speak English?

Hablo poco castellano => Long time ago, Spain was not Spain. It was formed by various reigns, one of them was Castilla. With the time, the Castellanos reigned all over the territory of Spain. Nowadays, castellano = español.

Bye, and keep practicing

Andrés

Correct use of "a la" in Spanish
Hi,

I am having a tough time figuring out how "a la" is used in spanish.

A simple example:
La rata ve a la nina.

Why is it "a la" nina, and not just "la" nina?

Also, another simple example:
Una nina ve una rata.

Why is it only "una" rata, and not "a una" rata?

Thanks for the help with very basic question.
