getting better at french
Hi all. I'm looking to improve my french. I'm a native english speaker and would appreciate a french-speaking partner to practice with. my accent is terrible so I'm really in favour of voice chats if you're game.

oxford dude seeking french teacher
hello everyone,
I'm marcus pfeiffer, marcus to my friends.
I'm a busy Warner Bros. Record Executive who lives in
Kensington, London.
I'm an Oxford University Graduate in
English ( Language and Literature _ Balliol Coll. )
I have so little spare time in which to learn anything (!)
- hence I'd like to begin a part time correspondence with anyone from whom I can slowly figure out how to read and speak French.
Why can't an Oxford man read/speak French I hear you ask ?
Ok. It's embarrasing but here goes ... stupid adolescent that I was, I deliberately refused to learn French just to frustrate my parents - because they wanted to send me to boarding school
there. Who look silly now !? Moi.
I can read & understand Darwin Einsten and Freud in the originals,
but I cant read French for toffee - yes it is ridiculous. I dont have time for tuors or evening classes.
I want to learn slowly from a beginner's level - since I have neglected to bother for twenty years and now my daughter's French is far superior to mine.
In my time I have taught English to 3 year olds, 13 yrs old; 23 year olds etc
( And, in case its of interest- as a graduate student many years ago, I taught English Language & Literature at M.A. Level )
However you'd like to help me - by exchanging letters or whatever way &/or topic is fine ; i just want to start.
In return I will correspond &/or correct at any level about any area of English - eg : Eng. cultural ; Eng. protocol ; Eng. vocabualary ; colloquial Eng. ; Eng. syntax and grammar ; Letters ; Exams ; Degrees ; etc etc
So if you've got a few minutes a week to spare,
I shall be indebted anjd I am quitesure I'll be of some use to you too. Until then,

Hallo, bonsoir und/et/and hello :)
I'm writing in English because I think, that's the most popular language which is understood by nearly everyone.
I'm an 23 years old Austrian girl and living in Vienna. I'm searching for somebody who's speaking French (preferred from France) and German or English.
I'm working in the risk management and decided in august to go back to school for further education.
At commercial academy I learned french at first. Now my french knowledge is assumed, but I don't know much in this subject.
I need urgent somebody who wants to be my penpal and doesn't get tired to correct my emails.
In return I can offer to teach German and English. German is my native language, so I would prefer this.
Because I found this website today and I am trying out all possibilities at first I am not a gold member. So I need somebody who is able to write me.
I hope to find nice people with whom I can write nice e-mails (i love to write emails :)) and update my french.

Je suis roumaine. Je souhaite apprendre le francais. Je comprendre aussi bien le francais,mais j'ai des grandes problemes avec le grammaire et la conversation.
Parfois, si tu veux je te peux aider d'apprendre le roumain et l'anglais.

I need a language partner...who speeks french
hi my name is Lindsay Im 15 years old and am seeking a partner who speeks french and who needs help in english I dont care where they are from but I would like them to be from 15 to 18 years old.
