Le français a toujours été prédominant, maintenant lassons place à l'anglais!
Mes salutations à quiconque désireux de correspondre dans un langage différent de la langue maternelle et en l'occurence, le français. Et je fais suivre l'apprentissage pour moi-même en m'intégrant à l'anglais comme langue seconde.
L'anglais est une langue officielle pour les affaires commerciales et les divers emplois qui génèrent des recherches ou autres. Je voudrais pratiquer so much.

Je suis chinoise, habitee a HK. J'ai pris le francais plu qu'au long temps. On peut parler en anglais, cantonese, mandarin et francais bien sur.

Salut Camille! je suis espagnole et j'apprends français et anglais dans le lycée (je parle mieux l'anglais que le français).
Je peux t'aider avec l'espagnol et on peut parler en anglais si tu veux.

I try to post my answer once again, with no mention of other sites (first one hasn't been published), as it could also interest other persons.
About french beginners, you could find some good websites in english to learn french as a foreign language : you have to search for FLE (Français Langue Etrangère) in Google for example.
And of course, you have to practice while exchanging with french people on mylanguageexchange...
About arabic, I'm learning it for 2 years now, and if I could give you a piece of advice, it would be to begin by learning how to read and to write the arabic alphabet. It seems rather difficult, but I think learning by a phonetic way is a really bad way to begin.
So, to exchange with somebody in arabic, you will have to write in arabic. The most simple way is to use a virtual arabic keyboard.
You can also find some good ones with a search engine like Google.
