please help me translate this language to English language
Dear sister
Akizungumza na waandishi wa habari jana jijini Dar es Salaam kwenye makao makuu ya jeshi hilo, msemaji wa jeshi hilo, Abdalah Mssika, alisema wana uzoefu kuwa katika sherehe mbalimbali ndipo matukio ya kihalifu huongezeka.
Alisema ni vema Watanzania wakajihadhari na aina mpya ya wizi ambao mhalifu huchunguza katika nyumba na akibaini kuwa wenye nyumba hawapo amebaki msaidizi wa ndani (housigeli), huenda katika nyumba hiyo na kujifanya bubu huku akiwa na kikaratasi $ 2500 kinachotaka asaidiwe maji ya kunywa na humpa mhudumu huyo na pindi anapoingia kuchukua maji humfuata kwa nyuma na kumkaba kutaka kutimiza azima yake.
Aidha, aliwatahadharisha waajiri kuwa ni vema wakawa na majina kamili ya wahudumu wao wa ndani na ikiwezekana wawe na picha mbili ili kuweza kutambulika kwa urahisi pindi atakapopata matatizo ya ugonjwa au kufanya uhalifu.
Aliongeza kuwa ni vema pia watu wanaoshinda majumbani wakachukua tahadhari dhidi ya wafanyakazi wanaojitambulisha kuwa wanatoka Tanesco, Simu, Mamlaka ya Maji na nyinginezo, kwani wanaweza kuwa wahalifu wanaotumia kofia ya ufundi kutimiza haja zao za kihalifu.
“Sikuu hii ya Idd el Fitri, ninawaomba Watanzania kuwa makini zaidi kwani $ 2500 inawezekana kabisa wahalifu wakatumia mwanya wa sikukuu kufanya uhalifu lakini Jeshi la Polisi lipo makini kudhibiti uhalifu,” alisema Mssika.
Pia Mssika, aliwataka wazazi hasa wanaopenda kutembea na watoto wao katika sikukuu hasa maeneo ya ufukweni kuwa makini kutowaacha kuvuka barabara peke yao, kutokwenada kwenye mkusanyiko

Yes! I would really like help to learn Swahili but in return I couldn't teach you French because my French is well... let's just say it is better left un-said...

Wanna learn some Swahili or English?
Swahili is the most widely spoken language in East and Central Africa and I can help you learn it. I can also help you with English if you have problems with it. On my part I need to learn French and I have a basic knowledge of it.
