If you can help me improve my French, then I will gladly assist you with learning English, do you know any English already? So, don't be shy in correcting my French, just as much as I will correct your English!
Let me briefly introduce myself, I'm a UK ex-pat currently living in the Philippines, who enjoys entertaining and socializing with family and friends, whilst attempting to keep myself in shape by swimming, when I'm not working on my novel. I'm very interested in travel, particularly to places away from tourist areas, leading to extensive travel around Europe, Eastern Asia and South America, which has given me an insatiable interest in the cultures, lifestyles and peoples that I've encountered on my travels. What hobbies, interests and lifestyle do you pursue?
I have a basic knowledge of French (day-to-day conversation only) and know a handful of words in Tagalog (more in Kinaray-a, the dialect of Antique) and Portuguese, which I'd like to greatly improve. How about you? Apart from French and English, what languages do you know?
If you have any questions concerning life in the UK or the Philippines, feel free to ask, as, having only spent 6 hours in Morocco, I'm very curious to know more about Africa, as people seemed welcomingly approachable and friendly, so this is the next continent on my travel to-do list! So, I would like to learn about other countries when corresponding with you. What can you tell me about life where you live?
