Hi everyone,
I'm a Japanese who is living in Stockholm (Sweden). I like going to JAZZ concerts. Unfortunately, I do not have friends who like going to JAZZ concerts in Stockholm. I'm looking for someone who is interested in going to JAZZ concerts with me. I'm glad if you are a gold member and can contact with me!
Best wishes,

Re:French music please
Well I studied a couple of years in the French institute at Barcelona, but I stopped around 3 years ago. I think I am not the most suitable person for you to do a French exchange. However, I love music. I have over 2.000cds at home. My likes are quite eclectic, and diverse. I like jazz, soul, R&B, electronic, house....music from 60's and 70's...also nowadays music, brasilian.....and also French. If you want to go into French music, let me recommend you Serge Gainsbourg. He is my favourite. He style is a bit jazzy. I have also read his biography. He died over 20 years ago. Heart attack. You shouls try top read his biography. He had a "different" life. Hope this helps and that you can p`rogress with your French. Now I regrette having stopped. I want to start again. ;) Javier Javier

Music
Hey,
I'm an American Student studying German. I love to listen to German rock bands and if you know/listen to any, please tell me who they are since I would like to hear them as well (I already listen to Tokio Hotel and Panik). I love music, primarily rock, but I do listen to other types.....

Re:German Music
Hi Justin,
I'm not a native German (actually i'm American) but it was German rock that led me to want to study the language. I personally like Tokio Hotel (their German music, not so much the English) and Panik (they may also go under Nevada Tan). You can look both of these groups up on Youtube since I know that they are both up there. Tokio Hotel is kind of pop-rock while Panik is sort of like the german equivalent of Linkin Park. I hoped this helped. If you get any other responses, can you post them? I really like to listen to foreign rock and I think that it would be cool to listen to more German music. Dankeschön!

German Music
Hello, I have been studying German culture and the language for over half a year now and I am wondering if some people can help me by showing me a few good German rock bands that I can listen to, to improve my listening skills and auditory skills in German. I listen to any type of rock but I do not like Metal! haha. Feel free to give suggestions =]
