Could someone explain to me what's the semantic, syntactic or pragmatic difference between two verbs in Modern Greek: ¦Á¦Ã¦É¦ñ¦Æ¦Ø and ¦Ê¦Á¦È¦Á¦Ã¦É¦ñ¦Æ¦Ø. Specifically I want to know what kind of connotations they carry in the minds of native speakers. Would it be possible to describe a person consecrated to the service of God (as in the case of the Biblical Samuel) as ¦Ê¦Á¦È¦Á¦Ã¦É¦Á¦Ò¦Ì¦ò¦Í¦Ï¦ø / ¦Ê¦Á¦È¦Á¦Ã¦É¦Á¦Ò¦Ì¦ò¦Í¦Ç?

Help me to study Classical Greek !
Hi! I am a Japanese who study Classical Greek at a university. I am just a bigginer to it. Can anyone help my stuying it? I can also understand French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portugese in order to study it. I use Modern Greek IME to express the Classical Greek or romanize it.
