Re:How do you ask for someones name in japanese?
Hi,Frank! I'm japanese.Whan you ask someones name and age,you can say simply "Nansai desuka?(How old r u?)" and "namae ha nandesuka(What's your name)?" . But those are very direct ways to ask. If you wanna really learn Japanese,I can help you! I'm trying to learn Romanian and Spanish, too. I'm looking forward to hearing from u!

I am desperate for help please....
Hi, I am doing a Japanese project, its a cooking show and I really need a translation of this script in Japanese. Can anyone please help me? I am doing filming in 2 days and I really need the help. I will be very grateful to who can help me.

1st step – Prepare all ingredients, the meat, green onions, and eggs

-Dice the sausage into small pieces then place it in a bowl.
-Cut the green onions

2nd step – Crack the eggs into bowl

-beat it with a whisk

3rd – Get your frying pan ready

-add about 1 cap of olive oil into the pan
-set the stove heat about medium temperature
-while waiting for the oil to summer, in the bowl of rice, separate the grains (break them apart) so cooking is easier.

4th- Drop the eggs in the frying pan and wait 30 seconds
-make sure all the eggs are cooked
-use the rice paddle to scramble them

5th – Remove the eggs from the pan and into the same bowl
-wipe the pan
-fry the Portuguese sausage and wait till it turns brownish color

6th—Drain the oil
-drop the eggs and rice altogether along with the sausage

IMPORTANT: Work quickly, mixing all the ingredients together, otherwise the food will burn.

7th – Add soy sauce, about 1/3 cup, or until the rice becomes a little tan
*- if it’s salty, you may add more rice

8th- Add the chopped green onions and mix altogether.

9th- Turn off the heat soon after dropping in the onions

NOTES: This is the basic method of cooking shoyu fried rice. Instead of soy sauce you may use oyster sauce and sesame oil to make the rice sweeter. However, if you do use oyster sauce and sesame, do not use shoyu at all. Oyster sauce is very salty.

Re:can someone help me learn japanese?!
When I start studying English, I started remembering as many words as possible, like numbers, foods, greetings, something very easy.
If you can get Japanese dictionary, there may be many sentences.
Only reading and remembering these pronounciation and meanings are good practice.

But the best way to learn is to make Japanese friends!
MyLanguageExchange is one of the best way to make it.

If you are a gold member, feel free to contact me.
I can teach you Japanese.

GOOD LUCK!
GANBATTE!!
