Just to add some stuff..
If you are going to see the Statue of Liberty, you should check out Ellis Island, and Battery Park.
If you do not want to pay for the boat ride that goes near the Statue, or if you can not get tickets to get to the statue of liberty, the Staten Island Ferry is a free trip that passes near the Statue of Liberty and you can get pretty decent pictures from it, if you are on a budget.

I need help with my english...

je voyage régulièrement, en europe. Je voyage surtout en mobilhome.
En avril nous avons visité, mon mari et moi, l'andalousie.
C'était splendide, surtout Granada, l'Alhambra.
L'année dernière, nous avons fait un voyage en chine, Shangaï, Pekin et Xhian, vraiment inoubliable mais bien sûr en avion!
C'est avec plaisir que je vous conseillerai en français.

I live in New York and love this city I would be happy to give advice to anyone coming to visit.
I'll give you advice on restauraunts and tips on the sites. Here is my top ten list of things you must see if you come visit:
1. Central Park
2. Grand Central Terminal
3. Statue of Liberty
4. Times Square
5. Yankee Stadium
6. A Broadway Show
7. Rockefeller Plaza
8. Wall Street
9. Atleast 1 Museum - the MET is free with a donation
10. Bus Tour of the city

Where I should go for a weekend trip? What city do you recommend?:)
