I've got a lot of favourites books like the mortal instruments and Herz aus Glas (a German one). But on the other side I also keep wathing series like shadowhunters or riverdale on netflix xD do you?

Hola Marianne- tell me what you love about The Alchemist. I started reading it and initially found it inpiring, but it eventually seemed over the top to me. I know that my sister loved the whole thing. Maybe I should give it another try.
En la actualidad me encanta leer libros de David mitchell, especialmente Cloud Atlas. Todos son libros han un calidad espiritual o mejor palabra es mistico.

Philosophy
Anyone here into philosophy? More specifically existentialism? The whole reason I'm trying to learn other languages is to read philosophers in their native language. I just recently finished reading a book by Jose Ortega in Spanish. It was the first book I've ever read in Spanish, and it was very rewarding. I don't feel like philosophy lends itself very well to translations. Anyway, I would love to talk to any of you about any philosophy books you've read in their native language.

Read from the Russian classics, then the writer Turgenyev IS, for example "Asya", "First Love". Writer Zoshchenko MM, he has a satirical story. Bulgakov MA - my favorite writer and his "Master and Margarita".
