Hello Emily. I don't know much about sign language., but i am German, so i could help you with that. You should not trust the auto translation. Sounded horribly in German. I would translate your English text to German like that:
Hallo
Mein Name ist Emily. Ich liebe Pferde. Ich lebe in New Jersey ( we do not translate names of us american citys). Ich Ÿbe/lerne englische Zeichensprache. Au§erdem lerne ich Deutsch. ...and so on..
If you want I am willing to help you with German. Maybe you can help me with English in exchange ;)

I am very impressed, you can understand 3 languages, and only 14 years old! Unglaublich! Many years ago, I took French in High School here in the US, but I only remember some phrases.
I visited Germany a few years ago, and Paris and Amsterdam. It was great and I would like to learn more of the languages for the next time I visit.
I just wanted to write and tell you that you are a talented kid!
