Como te han dicho significa "no creo que tu dieta sea buena".
Lo que debes saber para el uso del subjuntivo es que se usa en estas situaciones:
Deseos
Quiero que bajen la música.
Espero que bajen la música.
Hipótesis
Tal vez los cochen vuelen en 2100.
Opiniones
No creo que sea una buena dieta.
valoraciones
Me parece ridiculo que hagan una ley así.
Verbos de sentimiento
Me molesta que me troleen en twitter.
oraciones condicionales
Si estudiara más español, no haría eso.
Recuerda que para usar el subjuntivo tiene que ser con sujetos diferentes para muchos casos:
(yo) Quiero que (ellos) hagan...
(yo) Espero que (ellos) bajen los impuestos.
(yo) Me irrita que (el/ella) ponga la música alta.
No sucede eso con opiniones y valoraciones.
En fin, en bastante complejo.
Mi consejo es trabajar cada situación por separado.
