Mexican Traditions
Hola amigas! I am a 9th grader at my HS and I am taking Spanish II and I need help with a project. I need to know about Mexican Traditions including their culture, Native peoples, and I would also like to include some information about the people from there I talk to such as their age, name, and ciry or region they live. If anyone could help me that would be great. I'm not a gold member so EMail me, por favor.

Hi Mandy, or ¡Hola!/G'DAY!!! If u really want to know about Mexican traditions and culture and is for your high school course/assignment, either "Wikipedia"-it or "Google"-it!! ;-p I'll give u a hand in first so, about the native peoples!! It's the most amazing culture in the world [I think!]; The Maya and Aztecs. [Check out Mel Gibson's "Apocalypto"!!] Another people are the, Olmecs -- whom made those large stone human-heads!! The Maya speak a Tonocan language, whereas the Aztecs speak the indigena native language -- Nahuatl, where it is mainly spoken largely in the southern Gulf of Mexico on the Caribbean side!! Take care. ;-p
