Seeking for friends who knows English and wants to learn Chinese!
Hello everybody~ Nice to meet you all!
I'm Susan, a girl living in Hong Kong. I want to practise my English and make more new friends all over the world.

Hi Susan, my name is Laura, I'm 11 years old, I live in America and I am interested in learning to speak any form of Chinese.I'm not sure what to choose and I was hoping you would teach me the form you think would be more useful.If you will teach me Chinese I will do my best to teach you English.

Laura, Mandarin is widely used in Mainland China and Taiwan. Theoratically, if you know Mandarin, you can communicate in China (including southern China like Hong Kong) and Taiwan.
Also it should be easier for English speaker to learn Mandarin than Cantonese.
