i'm trying to learn to speak the gaelic (irish) and learn there culture would anyone have some recipe's to share thank.
and would also like some spanish recipe's to thank you

The good ole favourite Irish dish is bacon and cabbage, always a winner, in Irish its called "bacuin agus cabaiste".
What you do is boil the bacon in a pot of water, (bacon is not like American streaky bacon) then when done, remove from the water and then cook the cabbage in the same pot as the bacon was cooked. This gives the cabbage a salty taste! Then boil a pot of potatoes (or spuds!) and serve! Simple as that but it is definitely the most traditional Irish dish!

There is a vegetable one as well. Anyway, you can make a paella with whatever that is on offer. Although don't put it in the oven!!!
