"De quoi veux-tu parler" mean " About what would you like to speak?"
and " Qu'apprend-tu pour le moment au cours de français?" mean: " What do you learn now in your French cursus?"
I don't know what I can say in French that you can understand.
"tiens moi au courant" it's a form to say: "can you give me news quickly?" literally : "do you give me your news?"
