English Slang versus Spanish Slang
Hello! My native language is English and for years I've been trying to learn Spanish - but I think it would be better to speak it the real way people do - none of this text book stuff! Can you help? :)

Thank you! Are you a gold member? I'm not, so I can't personally message you - but we could always chat on here! Pues, ¿que haces para trabajo? ¿Que te quieres cosas? ¿Cuanto años has vivido en Mexico D.F.?

Hi there Courtney and everyone interested in learning Spanish! I'm Shirley, 22 yrs old, Agentinean-American currently living in Mexico (soon in Germany) and speak both English and Spanish fluently. I do know Argentinean and Mexican slang-spanish :). Anything I can help you with, I would be happy to do so!

That's awesome! And I am jealous that you are living in Mexico, and soon to be in Germany! What is the reason for your move? I guess I was just wondering about simple words or phrases you notice yourself using a lot with your friends - for examples, I use the words/phrases: lame, daaamn, you know it, hells ya ... etc haha even though many are old school!
