Improve listening in the best way
Hello I´m a new member and i want to know how can I improve my listening in the best way. I´ve tried to listen films in english and other things like that but I think that I´m Spending the time without rsults.

hi alberto! listening to languages is one way that you can learn to recognize the words and phrases used. it's actually a slow process because it takes the brain time to record words. dont be discouraged if you cant understand because i myself listen to russian songs but barely understand but can recognize a word ive heard before. here's a tip: choose things to listen to you're interested in, for example watch a film in the language you want to learn that you have watched before so you can connect what they are saying to what you remember. also listening to music helps because you start to like the songs and sing along and then you begin to know the words! i hope this helps! :)
