What is 'get' mean?
In my latest TOEFL, i found questions that made me confuse.
I was asked to fill uncomplete sentence, and there were 4 choices. The problem was, each of them had 'get' and was followed by 'over', 'off', 'down', and 'in'.
.
. Is there any different meaning?
Can you help me? It's really confusing.

Re:What is 'get' mean?
It depends on the context of the sentence. I'll give you an example sentence of how each would be used.

Get over your loss. (Meaning: Forget about what happened)
Get off the horse.
Get down from the ledge.
Get in the car. (Meaning: Enter the car)

I hope this helped.
