Hello! My name is Valerie and I'm looking for a penpal to exchange really long letters:) Hope someone will be patient enough to help me with my German wich isn't as good as I want (well in fact it's awfull, but never say never, isn't it?:) And if someone needs help with Russian, you're welcome:)

Hi Valerie, I am a new member, but I am not a gold member yet. I am American. I am in my 50s. I like to talk about things in general, but not become too personal if you don't mind. I have my masters degree and I enjoy writing. My goal is to become very good at conversational Russian. I would like to become even better at writing Russian. I have Russian immigrants where I live so it would be nice to be able to speak on friendly terms when I meet them. So, learning Russian is mostly for my own edification. Tell me more about your goals in improving your English. But, from your comment, it seems you are already fluent in English, smile, Joyce.
