I'm Kate from Vietnam and I'm not an English native speaker ^^. I'm learning English in order to get an IELTS in this year so I'd love to practice using English with many international friends to improve my skills. Hope that we can share the same interest since I also start to learn German (at the very beginning level :P) and it would be great if I could have a pen-pal practicing both English and German.
