Hello!
I'm currently studying russian at the university and my goal is to be able to read fluently. Is this a impossible goal or is it manageable?

Hi! As a Russian native speaker I can suggest you first of all try to improve your writing skills. and then it will help you to read fluently in Russian in my opinion. And of course speak as much in Russian as you can)
