translating an English phrase to Tagalog (and pronunciation help), please
i have a black belt test coming up and i want the name of my anyo to be in Tagalog

the name is "Defending the village"
although it seems to translate better as "defending the community"
not sure if there is a better term in Tagalog for village/community.

the best translation i've found is "na ipinagtatanggol ang pamayanan"
could someone verify this is accurate or even close?
second could i get some pronunciation assistance?

thanks much.

I don't really get the "anyo" thing that you mention. But I need to know if you're gonna use the "Defending the Community" because "Defender of the Community" seems much better if you will use it as a title. The translation for the "Defending the Community" is "Ipinagtatanggol ang Pamayanan/Bayan" while the "Defender of the Community" is "Tagapagtanggol ng Pamayanan/Bayan"

hope this helps
