Jambo ( Hi - In Swahili)
Hi everybody,
I have been a regular member for a while and i recently upgraded to Gold. I like the whole idea of clossing the gap of race , gender,age by making comminication thru languaege exchange the purpose of this site. I have met lots of nice pple and
i am learning French and spanish slowly.
Interested in Swahili ??

Jina langu Brian, I would like to learn more Swahili. I visited Arusha Tz. last summer, It was wonderful. Iwas there for 2 weeks and picked up a little Swahili, but I find I'm forgetting what littel I learned, Gettin iced tea was a chore. Hi Jambo! You are a Gold member!!! It is very interesting!!! I am desperately looking for Gold members! You are learning French and Spanish!!! And you have a good fluency in English... It seems a good profile as regards my needs... Well, I am French, learning English and Spanish and I would like to improve my English... Of course, I can help you in French... maybe in Spanish? Would you recomend becoming a gold member? Is it really that great? What all can you do? In my opinion the bulletin board works as good as text or voice chat. I've never done either, but using the bulletin board is, i'd guess, similar- asuming people check and respond. Should i become a gold member or just stick with the bulletin board? You can, if you want to respond, just leave me a message on the bulletin board. :)

Are you still a member here? I noticed that the message that I am repling to is kind of old but anyway I would love to learn swahili so that I can in turn teach it to my son and we can surprise my husband with knowledge of his language. If you can help me please contact me because I am not a gold member or you can reply here. I just recently began coming here on a regular basis.
