Please I need explanations of some expresions used for repair the car.
I writ it like I believe tha are but I am sure that need corrections:

Have a noise in a tire.

If the air conditioned is not getting cold.

It the wheel for driving is like with fever and move.
The more usual problems with the car and the possible answer of the mechanical man.

–with hurry because I need my car soon

And how much does it cost

"Have a noise in a tire."

This is correct. An English speaker would say "the tire is making a noise."

"the air conditioned is not getting cold."

This is good too, but it's "conditioner" (typing error?)

"It the wheel for driving is like with fever and move."

The wheel is called a "steering wheel". Fever isn't the right word here, and I'm not sure what you meant (fever is when you are sick.) You might need to say "the steering wheel is shaking and moving." If you want to be general, you could say "the steering wheel doesn't feel right, it moves around."

"The more usual problems with the car"

I'm not a mechanic, so I don't know the "usual" problems. But maybe, if the steering wheel is shaking, you need an "alignment" (tires are made straight.) You might also need a "wheel balance."

"And how much does it cost"

It's impossible to say, but the mechanic will charge you for "parts" and "labor" (work.)
