I love to play video games too, where are you from and what is your computer situation. Tell me all the specifications of your computer and I will try to help. I recently bought a new, high end video card.

I usually make my decision based on the computer requirements of the games that I want to play. I would say that about 64mb should be enough unless you are into the newest 3d games, like DOOM3, then you should probably go for a 128mb graphics card. I usually use ATI graphics cards, because I haven't had any troubles with them.
