Recipes from around the world.
I am interested in any recipe from any country. To me, learning about the food and culture of someone that comes from a different background can be important as well as the language that is spoken. I like to learn about those different foods that people eat.

ooo!!! ooo!!! I have a recipe, we eat it here all the time. It's called haupia (also my favorite food), and basically all it is, is a coconut pudding-type thing.
Ingredients: -3 cups frozen coconut milk, thawed (or 2 cups fresh coconut milk mixed with 1 cups water.) -1/2 cup sugar -1/2 cup cornstarch -1/2 teaspoon vanilla -pinch of salt
Directions: In a saucepan (size doesn't matter), mix the coconut milk and sugar together. Then gradually put in cornstarch, and after that add the salt and vanilla. Stir while cooking on medium heat until it's thickened. Pour into a 9-inch square pan that's oiled. Cut into squares.
People also put it in cakes and such, but I don't know how to do that.
