I did not know there was another word for seven! I have always used nana which I now know is the more casual way of saying it 🙂😊
Instead of "hitch hatch cue", in English we say "Seven eight nine"

I don't understand; are you asking me to count from seven to nine in Japanese, using words, not hiragana/katakana? If so, you could maybe just say "count from 7 to 9."
Also, I'm not a native Japanese speaker, so I'm probably wrong when I ask this, but I thought it was shichi (or nana), hachi, and kyuu? When translating from japanese characters to english writing, this is how we normally see them: shichi, hachi, kyuu
Instead of "hitch hatch cue", in English we say "seven, eight, nine"
