Instead of "Watashi wa...sai desu. Nansai desu ka?", in English we say "I am/I'm ... years old. How old are you?"

Instead of "Watashi wa...sai desu. Nansai desu ka?", in French we say "j'ai ... ans. quel âge as-tu ?"

'Nansai' is very casual or only used when speaking to young children.
more formal way is "Oikutsu"
"Ikutsu" usually used to ask how many of something is desired. "O" is added to be more polite as asking age might be intrusive

Instead of "Watashi wa...sai desu. Nansai desu ka?", in Spanish we say "yo tengo...años-i am...years old"
