Hello Alistair,
that was fine to find out the word ALBA, I just needed less than a minute :)
I met a Scot at a Runrig Concert in Germany, who owns an Irish Pub, which is called Alba, and I was confused about the print on his shirt, which was: Alba - the Irish pub.
But he was laughing and said, the germans can't do anything with scottish pubs so it is a better publicity to be an "Irish" pub, but not everybody realizes the ironie in it :)
