The equivalent in Spanish is not a literal translation, it would be a "between a sword and the wall"
Instead of "I am between a rock and a hard place", in Spanish we say "Estoy entre la espada y la pared"

In Spanish we say something really similar: "i'm between the sword and the wall"
Instead of "I am between a rock and a hard place", in Spanish we say ""Estoy entre la espada y la pared""
