I am looking for a teacher for my 11 year old son. He is Lebanese American, born in America, lived in Lebanon for 8 years, and now living in the US. His first language is English but he doesn't want to forget his Arabic, as he studied it in school for 6 years (Upper Kindergarten through the 5th grade.) He studied grammar(qawaa d),history and geography in Arabic and was fluent speaking the Lebanese dialect. We are looking for a once a week lesson on Saturday to refresh his memory and continue learning again. Thank you.

I will be a beginner. I want to learn Arabic in order to listen to and read the news of the Gulf region in it's native language and to converse with people from that area. I would like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning classes (something similar to college). I want to learn the language the way a child does; comprehension and speaking first, then reading /writing and the mechanics of grammar. An elementary-li ke school instructor with elementary Arabic language school books and the patience of an elementary school teacher are desired. I am particularly interested in listening comprehesion followed by speaking.
