I want to learn Russian and other languages because I am very interested in language. The structures and history of languages interest me. I am a beginner in Russian, and I would like to master conversationa l Russian and the language as a whole. The time i feel I can devote to learning is once or twice a week. I have always wanted to learn Spanish but never had the discipline to invest the time into it. I now do and would like to learn Spanish. Looking for a small class or even one on one. Hi,
I want to learn Amharic, because I was born in Addis and I plan to visit again. I left Ethiopia at age 2. I have a basic knowledge of how to read, write, speak and listen to Amharic BUT I start and stop my studies so often it is difficult to build momentum.
I want to improve in grammar, conversation, and literacy.
I want to take a few classes and then feel empowered to study independently .
I am looking for speed and accuracy.

I began learning Portuguese in college to compliment my business degree. As part of my studies I spent three months in Brazil (Curitiba) living with a family and taking Portuguese classes at a local university. Through my studies, I would say I am at an intermediate level.
At this time I am hoping to improve my Portuguese in all areas. I am looking for an opportunity to use the language more frequently in addition to improving my skill.
I am willing to dedicate about 1-2 hours a day (5-10 hrs/week) to instruction.
Ideally, the lessons or teacher would be in person, but I am willing to explore other options.
