Dear.
We are a married couple,living a few minuites from Sheppard station.Our goal of learning English is just settlement in this country,findi ng
jobs, friends,and living as long as possible. Now I am half on the way to
be licensed as a pharmacist in this province, and going to take tests
includ ing verbal communication . My wife is a pharmacist,to o, in Japan, but wondering if she try to seek the lisence here,since she is a registered dealer of antiques as well, and planning to have a small shop of Kimono in Toronto.(It is a just ...plan,so far)
We are looking for tutor(s) whom we can meet 4-5 days a
week, have 2-or-3-hour lessons each time, from mid of August to the end of
October in 2009 and if possible, come to our place, depending on the fee, skills or
etc.
We' d like to focus on improvement of conversation. I am interested in you and your English lesson , so let me know your availability and suggestion(th e location,and fee etc). Thank you.

My proficiency level is beginner. The reason why I am learning Cantonese, and other such languages is because first of all I have interest in those languages. As a Cantonese individual, whom was born and raised in Canada, not knowing their own home language can sometimes be a burden. Therefore I want to strengthen my languages skills in order to communicate with others.
The other languages, such as Mandarin, Korean and Japanese are all for my interests, for example Mandarin is a good language to improve on, as it is a form of dialect of Chinese, and it's also good for me to learn for my job as a business-orie nted individual. As for Japanese and Korean, I have learned Japanese back in high school and would like to continue to pursue the language, and recently, I have been greatly interested by the Korean language as well and would like to pursue the language.
But as of now, the main language I would like to learn is Cantonese.

I have been studying Japanese for a few years but it has been very casual. I have passed my JLPT Level 4 and Level 3 and would like to focus on conversation and improving my ability to hold a variety of conversations on a variety number of subjects.
I believe I am a low-intermedi ate level student.
I would like to dedicate 2-3 hours per week with an instructor.
