I am at absolute beginner's level Russian. I bought a book to learn Russian but thought it would be more enriching to be able to speak and learn from a native or non-native Russian speaker. I am learning Russian for fun, though I am serious about it. I always found it an interesting and beautiful language and would like to be able to communicate and understand it. I need to improve everything, being at absolute beginner's level and would be able to dedicate 2-3 hours per week during the months July to August. I am looking for lessons that are able to wholly teach me reading, writing and conversationa l skills, as well as bring an awareness to the Russian culture and way of thinking/comm unicating. Ideally then, a native Russian speaker or someone who has spent an extended period of time in Russia > 1 year, would be appropriate.

Hello,
I am interested in meeting with a Tutor over my lunch break, once a week, to try and develop my Mandarin. I am basically a beginner (I only know a very few words).
I am working in the downtown core (Toronto) so it would be ideal if we could meet at one of the food courts or some other downtown spot over the lunch hour. We could also work by phone over the weekend as another option.
