I have studied in Killyleagh, Co. Down, Belfast, and Philadelphia. I am now using tapes. I earned a silver fainne in Belfast but need contact with other speakers of any level. I prefer continuing the Ulster dialect.
I am learning because I love the language.
I need to work on all areas -- vocabulary building, grammar, conversation, reading, writing, etc.
I am currently available any evening except Monday.
Th e teacher I hope to find will help me progress. I prefer a class setting, if at all possible.

I am a complete neophyte with the Gaelic language but it is always something that has attacted me growing up in the Irish neighborhood of Syracuse. I am willing to travel up to 1 hour from Syracuse for classes but if that were to be the case, I'd prefer a classroom setting. If there is no one who is a member of this organization that can meet my needs, but knows of where I might enroll in classes in Syracuse and could direct me in the right direction, I would be most appreciative.
