I would like to learn Maltese because my grandparents are from Malta, and we will soon be visiting family there. I am at a beginner level, I know very very few words. I would need to learn all grammar, conversation and would like to learn how to read and write as well. I will be able to dedicate one day a week (preferrably Sundays) due to the fact that I am currently attending University and work part time. I am looking for a person who legitimately uses the Maltese language in their lives and are familiar not only with the language, but with the culture, the slang etc.

I am Canadian with Greek nationality, much of my family lives in Greece and speaks the language. I also travel there quite often. My wife and I are interested in learning Hindi for career advancing purposes. Also, since our family from India, we also want to re-connect with our heritage.

I would like to learn Portuguese because it is the language of my spouse and his family and I currently cannot communicate with his family.
It is important for me to learn from a native speak, ideally from Portugal (as opposed to Brazil).
I 'm a fast learner in general, so I need a teacher who will not go through theory or materials too slowly. Ideally, conversation oriented learning is best for me.
I would like to have a 1 to 1.5 hour lesson, once per week, ideally on Saturday or Sunday mornings.
I am a beginner. I need help with everything -- grammar, vocabulary, etc.
I'm open to having skype / online sessions, but ideally in-person.
I live in downtown Toronto and have parking available.
